A birthday picture I drew for my cousin who turns 10 on Monday. (my widdle baby’s growing up ;^; )
I’ve been drawing a lot of pony pictures for his sister this year, so I figured I owed him an all-effort picture rather than just a simple sketch.

His sis told me he’s been liking Gravity Falls (BLESS HIS LITTLE HEART) and Monster Hunter Tri lately, so I tried to combine the two, taking some inspiration from “Legend of the Gobblewonker”.

Unfortunately I’ve never played Monster Hunter Tri, so I’m not sure if anything I’ve drawn in here is accurate to the game. (Except that the monster in the back is an agnaktor and is my cousin’s favorite…)

 While I’ve been working on my entries for this contest my nieces and nephew have been having a Gravity Falls marathon down stairs. Every so often I hear the opening playing as they start a new episode,  I think that’s their way of cheering me on :3

I wanted to do something for the GF shirt contest, but it’s US residents only ;u; So I made an homage to JAWS and go cry in a corner now.
